Fill the retreat.
Keep the calm.
You have dates, a deposit deadline that doesn't move, and seats to sell. We build the thing that sells them — and we run it all the way through your dates.
Hosts don't usually have a marketing problem.
They have an audience problem — a room to fill, and a list too small to fill it from. Almost every host we meet can run a beautiful week. The part that hurts is the eight weeks before it, when the seats aren't moving and the deposit deadline is fixed.
The deadline doesn't move
A retreat is a date on a calendar with money against it. You can't launch late and make it up later. That's why we work backwards from your dates, and why starting earlier costs you less.
Your list is the whole game
Almost every seat sold in this business is sold to someone who already knew you. So the job between retreats isn't posting more — it's making the list bigger than it was last time.
Nobody searches for your retreat
People search for the state they're in, not the experience you named. "Burnout retreat" gets searched. Your retreat's name doesn't. We add the first without ever taking away the second.
Prices on the page. Always.
Three ways in, depending on whether you're building the business, filling one retreat, or keeping the machine running between them.

Three parts — and each one keeps us on the same side of the table.
The start fee covers getting set up. Everything after it depends on seats actually being sold, and the last piece only exists if the retreat happens at all.
When this doesn't make sense — and we'd rather say so here
This works best when your seats are $2,500 and up. Below that, the per-booking fee starts taking a bite out of each seat that doesn't make sense for either of us. If your seats are under $2,500, start with the free audit — we'll tell you plainly what's worth doing, and some of it you can do yourself.
This is also the one-retreat path: a page that sells these dates, not a home for your whole business. If you want the brand and the full site too, that's Launch.
None of these prices includes advertising.
Ads are optional — not required. Many hosts fill on their list and network alone. If you choose to run them, the minimum is $250 a week — roughly $1,000 a month — paid into your own account. Your fee covers the work; the spend is always separate and always yours.
What "running ads" actually means
Handing a platform your money is the easy part. The work is everything around it — the creative in several versions, the pixel and conversion events, the audiences, and someone reading the numbers on a schedule rather than when they remember.
And the money stays yours
The spend goes into your own ad account — never through us, never marked up. If we stop working together, the account, the pixel, the audiences and everything they've learned stay with you.
Start with the free audit.
Before anyone pays anyone, we look at what you have and tell you what's actually worth doing.
2026 pricing, locked at signing. A short client list, on purpose — when a seat opens, we'll tell you.
