Work

What we've built.

Short client list, real engagements. Here's what was there when we started, what we built, and what it does now.

Howl at the Moon Sauna Co.

A mobile sauna business with a real following, a beautiful product, and an international retreat to fill from a list that had never been asked to buy one.

What was there

A Squarespace site built to sell sauna rentals, not a $6,600 retreat seat. The itinerary lived in a PDF. No way to see who was reading it, no way to tell a warm lead from a browser.

What we built

A new site, a retreat offer page with the itinerary on the page instead of behind a download, room selection and deposit mechanics, an email engine, and a client dashboard that names the people who are actually close to booking.

What it does now

Every enquiry is attributed to the email or ad that produced it. She can see who opened the itinerary, how far they read, which room they picked, and who to call next — in a spreadsheet she can sort herself.

Path to True North

A women's resilience retreat selling application-only seats, with three past bookings that all came from the same invisible channel — and no way to know it.

What was there

A page where two-thirds of visitors never scrolled at all and left inside 23 seconds. The three questions that decided the sale were buried at 90% page depth, behind a click.

What we built

A rebuilt landing page that leads with the ask, answers the three real objections in the headlines where a skimmer still gets them, and gives people something small to say yes to before the application.

What it does now

Paid traffic runs to it with every click tagged, and each exit door — the fit call, the application, the form — is counted separately, so we know which one is doing the work.

What we don't do

We won't show you a number we can't stand behind.

Ad platforms report conversions generously — on one of our own accounts the platform claimed 35 leads where independent measurement verified 19. So the numbers we put in front of a client come from measurement we control, not from the platform selling the ads. If we ever quote you a result, that's where it came from.

Want to see the rest?

Some of our work belongs to clients who'd rather not be a case study. Ask and we'll show you what we can, including the parts that didn't go to plan.
